The Forge Lobby

A 24-hour live push-up training platform for Push Alliance — a Detroit-based 501(c)(3) male mentoring nonprofit. This portal is the single source of truth for the project's business requirements, system architecture, data model, APIs, and delivery plan across the full software development lifecycle.

Executive Summary The Forge Lobby digitizes Push Alliance's flagship Push-Up or Shut Up program: a deck of playing cards is revealed on a timer, and the number on each card sets the group's rep count. The platform must support three live, coach-hosted sessions per day plus a self-running automated deck the rest of the time, so the lobby is never empty. Member accounts track attendance toward an eight-tier badge ladder (Silver → Adamantium), and the first release ships as a mobile-responsive web app before a native mobile build.

The Badge Ladder

Badges are earned cumulatively from verified, instructor-led live sessions only — no deadline, no reset. The tier order doubles as this portal's visual signature: each stage below is one of the fourteen documentation pages.
